JUREN ladle crane is designed to operate efficiently, uninterruptedly and safely in continuous use. Due to the high risk, special safety features have been designed for our ladle cranes:
* It adopts Siemens PLC and inverter.
* The profinet equipped with communication detection function.
* A monitoring system is installed to monitor the working status of the crane in real time.
* Frequency control, smooth lifting and less impact.
Because the casting crane works in the harsh environment of high temperature dust, the safety and reliability of the crane are much higher than that of the ordinary bridge crane.
The main hook is a gantry spreader with two plate hooks, which is used for lifting and handling the ladle; the auxiliary hook is a forging hook or a plate hook, which is used for dumping molten steel, molten iron or other lifting items.
Casting crane takes heat insulation and radiation protection measures for the main beam, sub-main beam, electrical room, etc., in order to reduce the influence of external heat on its baking, because it needs to work continuously at high temperatures.
our motors and power supplies are designed with redundancy. If one of the motors or a group of electronic control devices fails, the other group of driving devices can be used under the rated lifting capacity. Complete a work cycle.
