Terms and Conditions for Production and Sale of Concrete
- Concrete price does not include charges for testing in an Independent Laboratory.
- Quality control tests will be carried out in accordance with SMEET Ready Mix Quality Control Plan.
- Prices are subjected to increase/decrease due to fluctuation of raw material and fuel prices.
- Validity of the offer is 15 calendar days from the date of this offer.
- A Local Purchase Order (L.P.O) is required prior to the supply of concrete.
- Quoted Prices shall be applicable from the date of receiving the Confirmed order signed by the authorized person.
- Payment Terms: To be discussed .
- Customer shall acknowledge all product deliveries by signing our deliver notes. IF, for any reason, the Customers representative is unavailable or unable to sign our Delivery Notes, the product delivery shall deem to have taken place as agreed. Notably all SMEET Ready Mix vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices
- Returned Concrete will be charged at concrete rate agreed as per the mix design.
- Rates are based on full load delivery of 6 m3. Any/all orders less than 6 m3 will incur a surcharge of 60 QAR/m3 not carried.
- Daily concrete orders have to be placed at least 24 hours prior to the intended time for the concrete pour.
- SMEET Ready Mix Reserves the right to change the source of raw materials, ensuring compliance with the specification.
- Suitable site wash out facilities must be provided by the Contractor.
- All necessary security passes to be on the client's account. Client is responsible to provide adequate and safe access to the site for our pumps and transit mixers.
